The directions of production activity of LLC "Hydront" are:
- Production of multifunctional hydraulic distributors of monoblock and sectional design;
- Assembly production of distributors of various configurations from components of the world famous Italian manufacturer of hydraulic equipment Walvoil;
- Development and subsequent manufacture of hydraulic valve equipment for case design and screw-in mounting;
- Design and assembly of hydraulic stations for any customer's needs;
- Design and manufacture of custom hydraulic units.
Production is carried out on the following modern high-tech equipment:
Universal turning center with CNC QT-COMPACT 100MYL (manufactured by Yamazaki Mazak Corporation, Japan, 1919) with a 12-tool turret with high positioning accuracy achieved by feedforward servo motors on all linear axes.
HAAS VF-3 CNC Vertical Milling Machining Center (designed and manufactured in Oxnard, California, USA by the renowned manufacturer Haas Automation).
Performed technological operations:
- Milling;
- Drilling;
- Threading;
- Boring;
- Engraving.
Workpieces are processed with high-precision and productive tools based on 3-dimensional mathematical models created by highly qualified technologists-programmers, so the products manufactured by Hydront LLC can boast not only high geometric accuracy, but also the quality of surface treatment.

The design of the machine allows you to perform large volumes of work in a full technological cycle with minimal operator involvement in the operation of the equipment. The machine is used for serial cutting of workpieces at right angles. The control system allows LLC "Gidront" to achieve high quality processing in serial production.
